    “Awesome Hotel!”

The XMAS feeling and decoration at the hotel were fantastic! During our stay the only thing we've found out a bit overrating was the hotel's restaurants for breakfast and lunch...too expensive... marvellously we've found nearby some starbucks and an exceptional and spectacular bakery

The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and luxurious, the atmosphere is festive, and the Christmas decorations are stunning. Another enjoyable aspect here was the executive lounge which is excellent.

Quick check-in, gorgeous foyer, then straight up to our king room on the 24th floor. Fantastic. The room was great, enormous bed, very comfy with good quality linen and surprisingly quiet.
Complimentary Molton Brown products in the bathroom. Room service twice a day. The only niggle about the room is the automatically charged mini-bar, you can't move anything and use the fridge yourself without getting charged.

    "look elsewhere”

We had the unfortunate situation of running into an extremely "rude" concierge during our visit. I voiced my concerns with the Manager on duty who offered no apology during conversation nor seemed to care about the rude unprofessional behavior displayed by his employee. complete lack of caring and service exhibited.

The first night i woke up with all my body injured with red welts. I call the reception and they only moved us to a new room after one day! What kind of cleaning staff doesn't clean the room and change the sheets? I have never experienced this before and sincerely hope it never happens to me again.
